What remains in a world full of noise? To stay sharp. The reality is that it has never been harder, and it is impossible not to be affected by the things happening around you. What takes the most weight? Your mental health. Without any unnecessary fluff. Time to dive deeper into mental exercises to help yourself and your position.

Mental health: One of those things that is in rapid decline. Not only is there a decline, but as time passes…. Mental health will only get worse. It is undeniable, and trends are showing it. Your role? Protect yourself. Recognize that to achieve true happiness, you must have your health in order. Both physical and mental. Most know how to start with the physical aspect. But how do you begin with mental health? Mental models. Exercises or however you want to call them. Removing limitations, negative beliefs about yourself, understanding what matters, and recognizing what you should do to make yourself happy. All of these have a direct impact on your mental health and how you perceive the world. Either positive or a negative one. Our advice? Try them. Worst case scenario, you will gain insights you never thought about before, which should be more than enough to help you see things for what they are. Being someone who understands how to control themselves (to the point of making themselves "happy") will be a skill that not many possess, and one much needed.
Mental models (mental exercises): All of them are nonsense until you start playing around and notice the differences before and after. The reason why they are stupid for most? Because those individuals are still operating in a state of survival. We could go so far as to say that any work that doesn’t impact the cash flow is not necessary for those who are still in that phase. Paying the bills and taking care of the people you love should be your priority. Those who have passed that stage and are in a more comfortable situation… Adapting them is something everyone should play around with. What are mental models? Everyone will have a different definition of what mental models (exercises) represent. Our? A basic one. Any exercises that engage your cognitive abilities and make you think. Simple as that
