@beautyofsaas – a name that has become more than just a Twitter handle.

I remember the day everything changed when I discovered Claude from you. What a hack. I started following you from there. There I was, a civil engineering student in South Africa, surrounded by structural design textbooks and a predetermined future. My world was small, confined by the traditional expectations of what success should look like.

Now, I dream in global dimensions. You taught me that you must be tactical and improve your mind for everything to change your life.

Your wisdom has been more than just a lesson. It's been a lifeline.

I'm reaching out not just as a student seeking advice, but as someone whose entire perspective on life has been rewired by your teachings. How can I transform my engineering background into a digital empire? How can I build multiple income streams to break free from the traditional career path?

1) Ensure you have a predictable income (long term leverage when starting)

2) Expose yourself and your craft to the internet

3) Be ready to put in the work

All the magic there is

What is the best stock index to invest in? S&P500, NASDAQ, FTSE All World, MSCI World + Emerging Markets?

And if you were starting out, in which crypto currency would you recommend investing in? Im currently doing 50% BTC, 30% ETH and 20% SOL. Is that fine?

And do you have any cold wallet recommendations?

The structure of S&P500 + EM is similar to All World. The differences will be minimal when considering all the holdings and exposure and not worth your time. You won't be getting a more significant return out of it.

Pick whichever has lower fees—likely FTSE All World.

It all depends on your risk exposure. This is a fine split for the majority. We will post a few portfolios soon to see how they perform compared to the market. Giving everyone an insight into our approach- depending on the risk. Trezor has been a go-to wallet, and we recommend it.

Got multiple one models and 3 models—nothing to worry about. The only thing you should pay attention to is that you buy them directly from a trusted source - their official website.

What is the best way to pivot your offer? It has become too difficult and inefficient to adhere to the initial value that my online service-based business provides, so I need to figure out how to change the underlying value prop without doing tremendous damage to the existing 500 users.

Nuanced question-I know-but even a basic perspective that differs from mine would be helpful. Thanks.

The moral answer you need is not to change anything for those existing 500 users delivering (as much as you can - you have the energy to do) and, simultaneously, start building another offer on the side.

500 is not a small number, and changing something for those who have already paid for it seems like an easy way to create mass refunds, disappointment, and loss of respect. None of which you want.

Clean cut and new start -> explaining to that same user base that you would also like to see them there. We did something similar, and the change it took and its impact was big. Losing the previous user base and replacing it with a new one made it look like there was no progress for 6 months.

If you can't help but do that, be transparent.
