Living in an endless loop of mind-numbing work, the constant dopamine-hit inducing consumption to just get through the day, living for the weekend or a vacation for escape and do more of the same things to get a short-lived high.. unfortunately this is becoming the reality of our generation. Thank you for calling it out. Awareness is the first step.
