Spontaneity is definitely not talked about enough - more precisely, the lack of spontaneity most people have in their lives these days. It is definitely one of the pillars of a good and memorable life, but also one of the best ways to get inspired and creative.
Looking at myself, as a person in my early 20s, it is something I am deeply exploring - and more recently, I've started paying more attention to embracing (and inviting) spontaneity and not being constantly in either grind or comfort mode (spontaneity requires being in neither).
“Our advice? Don’t sleep on this.” I see what you did there, and I’m glad for it, as “don’t sleep on” generally gets overused to the point of being meaningless filler. Here, it sings.
