Welcome reader! Would you believe you live in the best time in history if someone told you? The majority would not, and there is no one to blame. Everyone around you is trying to push a negative narrative and scare you. Kill your drive. Kill your momentum. Kill your dreams. Reality? Far from that. We are entering the golden age—while some already realize we live in.

Golden Age?
Reality Check: If you can't notice that we are living in the best time in history and that things have never been easier… We feel sorry for you. No matter what is happening around us. You have zero chance to blame anyone else but you for the lack of your success. What problem do most people struggle with? Noise. Nonsense. Lies. At this point, most of the population has access to the internet—meaning that there will be more of them. Everyone is pushing their agenda and trying to make things go their way. Should you be worried about that? Not if you know what you are doing or following the plan. The plan evolves around doing what the majority is not—when they zig you zag. Not being afraid to be an outlier and doing things your way. Your goal? To become a contrarian. Understanding what is happening and knowing what the future is bringing or at least betting on it. Finding ways to reverse engineer mediocre results and getting results others are not.
From Facebook’s Red Book.
Average Thinking: Starting your side business is hard. Eating healthy is hard. Reading a good book is hard. Being social is hard. Whatever variable you could think of it would fit this scenario. How often do you hear those types of complaints? This is the average way of thinking—one spread around, and you should avoid it at all costs. Add a dose of cynicism and pessimism to it… Luckily, no one reading this post on our website falls into that category. We are mentioning it because you should know it at this point. Suppose you are operating on that type of thinking and mental model. How do you expect to realize the opportunity in front of you? Things won’t get better. Things won’t change. The average? The average will most likely get even worse as life gets more comfortable. Technology allows further degeneracy and more output (basic needs) with less effort. Food ordering, finding partners by swiping, or feeling productive because you spent the whole day listening to podcasts that will take you nowhere. The idea here is not to go into details on what makes average being the average—it is easily recognizable for those who are on the level above.
Why Golden Age: For those who do not fit the above category (everyone reading this). There is already a chance that there is a common understanding of why this is a golden age. Opportunity is everywhere. Knowledge is everywhere. The competition? There is none. Companies are becoming lean teams, replacing and producing more than inefficient large-scale companies. Those creating art or doing creative work? They never had an easier time putting it in front of others, attracting an audience, or getting paid for it—the most common example. The reality is that we live in the golden age because everything you put your mind to is achievable. The only requirements? Courage, effort, and sticking to the plan. Finding the balance between the old world and the new world approaches to make sure you maximize the output while minimizing the risk exposure. The realization that you are operating in a golden age must come from self-realization. Suppose you are not in the right spot with your mindset or unable to recognize the opportunity. All of this is useless—that is a requirement for you to get the most out of this post.
Being unable to have a realization often comes down to one thing. Fear. Fear of the change and being more than comfortable with their current position. Nothing in life is permanent. Much less so when discussing the topic we cover here: WiFi money, crypto, or lifestyle. Whoever tries to sell you the idea that one method will work until the end of time is lying to you. Where does that lead you? There are only two options. Embrace the change and become contrarian to the norm or become the norm.
Contrarian Explained: How does one label contrarian? Being someone who is not afraid to be the opposite of the norm is the best way to put it. Striking the balance between what you have been told, what everyone else is doing, and what you know is right. Being contrarian is powerful because it is the only way to allow you to go to lengths others won’t. As mentioned multiple times on this website… Can you expect different results if you do the same as everyone else? It should be pretty self-explanatory. Why is being contrarian more critical in the age of opportunity? Because it has never been easier. New opportunities to make money. New opportunities to improve your life. New opportunities to help others win. Putting yourself out there for others to see your work is an opportunity we often take for granted—yet everyone can do it with a few clicks from a mobile phone.
Everyone can be a contrarian. But how can you be a contrarian who will get the most out of it? By not being afraid to challenge the conventional norms, standards, and thinking. Giving you leverage. One you will use and adapt to new trends that are yet to become big. Giving you an advantage over those who are pessimistic or unable to notice the new big thing. No one believed in the internet. No one believed in the crypto. Look where we are at now. Innovation? It will never stop. It is just on you to challenge it and follow your instinct on the next big thing. You don't even have to know how to challenge it. Considering others have far more knowledge about specific topics—you just have to find and follow the right people who do that work for you.
Learn to challenge everything that is out there. Before you accept it as true. Assume it's being implemented so that someone else gets something out of it. It sounds extreme, but it is not when you think about it. When talking about challenging and making arguments, do not think about that high school kid who makes counterarguments for the sake of making counterarguments. There is a big difference between challenging why something is being done as it is and if that is how it should be done. Working in the corporate environment must be one of the best examples as you will often see stuff being done because that’s how someone else thought them or how it's being done. The saddest part? No one is challenging those actions or approaches regarding how they are done—that is why companies struggle with efficiency once they become big. That is not how you want to move through life, especially not in times of opportunity and rapid acceleration.

Step By Step On Becoming Contrarian
Prerequisite: It should be evident for those who have been reading for some time. You must stop being a doomer to achieve greatness. To become a contrarian who will win in the golden age, one must have a positive outlook on life. Things will only go so far if you do not think you can achieve what you want. In that case, all of this is a complete waste of time. Not only is it a waste of time. But you are also being your #1 enemy in life. Our advice? Avoid doomer stuff at all costs, and never let yourself fall for the propaganda. The doomer type of material has been popular as it serves as a type of funnel. People will always use scarcity and misery to profit from it. The same applies to doomer material and everything else spread with it. Does that mean you should not be realistic about the situation happening around you? No. It means that you have to be smart enough to realize that in 80% of cases, you have zero power over the big things that happen. The harsh reality and hard pillow to swallow for most. The goal should be to ensure you are in a place not to worry— take care of yourself and your loved ones before tackling large-scale doomer problems. Most of those solutions? It comes down to taking care of your health and having a solid financial backup.
1) Irrational Optimism: One of the best things you could do for the quality of your life. Learn to become optimistic. Fake it if you can't do it differently. Over time, it will become your standard operating mechanism. There is a reason all wealthy individuals are optimistic. It gives you a sense of joy that the best is yet to come. The best part about it? It applies to everything. Career, social life, side business, or anything else. It is impossible to lose if you know the outcome will be good, no matter what. Leave being pessimistic to those waiting to come home from their 9-5 to watch Netflix.
2) Following The Trends: There are good and bad trends. Majority of those? Bad trends. We have not seen anything innovative or groundbreaking in years. The closest we have gotten to that is the increase in the popularity of automation and the fact that most of those working in white-collar positions can have multiple jobs simultaneously. It is nothing to be surprised, considering people are less loyal to companies, and setting up automation has never been easier. Everything else in the last 5 years? Mostly a waste of time. What you want to do when it comes to following the trends is only look for those who will benefit you long-term. A good example is crypto, where you either follow the right people and their predictions—knowledge or lose money. The attention economy is real, and it has been harder than ever to stay unfazed by what is happening around us. Your best bet? Learn to follow those who are worth it and ignore everything else. That is a trait of a contrarian that not many can achieve.
3) Stop Taking Things For Granted: The moment you realize the opportunity presented is when you stop taking things for granted. All of us are walking with money-making machines in our pockets. There are no limitations on what is possible to achieve. Let’s not even go further into the more complex stuff. Imagine having access to most of the medicine with a simple visit to the pharmacy or not worrying about someone getting an important message because of an e-mail. We could think of many examples, but where we go should be obvious. Everything you take for granted right now—means a breakthrough change for someone else. Opportunity. This is important because it goes hand in hand with the other factors above. To become a contrarian, it is necessary to challenge what others are doing. If everyone else is being pessimistic, taking things for granted, and still feeling miserable. It should be pretty obvious where the problem is. The picture is much larger, but what is happening should be obvious. Combining being optimistic and stopping to take things for granted? Hard combination to beat.
